Would you like young people to know the careers that exist in your organisation? Does work experience feel like just too much hassle? We get it!
Working in partnership with Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council we’re making it easier for employers to engage with work experience.
We’ve come up with a way which makes it simpler for you and will give you a great way to build awareness of your organisation and discover new talent!
We’re hosting an information session for employers to:
- Find out how easy it is to create work experience opportunities with Workplus
- Share ideas about how you can give pupils a great experience
The work experience programme is open to all employers (even those based outside the Council area), connecting with pupils in post primary schools in the Borough from 19-21 March 2024.
The pilot project is the first of its kind to be coordinated by a Council in Northern Ireland and will make it easier for pupils to apply for work experience and develop their life skills.
