In today’s business environment, SMEs are facing increasing challenges from geopolitical uncertainty, supply chain disruption, cyber security risks and growing procurement expectations. Many businesses need support to strengthen their capability and demonstrate the credibility required to compete for larger contracts and become trusted suppliers.
The fully funded SupplyChain+ Upstream Programme provides practical support through:
- A comprehensive supply chain assessment and tailored improvement plan.
• One-to-one mentoring from experienced supply chain specialists.
• Practical guidance to improve operational efficiency, resilience and competitiveness.
• Support to build the capability and credibility needed to access new markets and procurement opportunities.
To be eligible, participating businesses must:
- Be an SME with over 3 but less than 250 employees.
- Have a minimum annual turnover of £350,000/€417,000 and not exceeding £40/€47.6 million per annum.
- Be an indigenous business registered in Ireland or Northern Ireland.
- Have a minimum 36 months trading history.
If there are companies within your network that you believe would benefit from participating, I would be grateful if you could recommend the programme or make an introduction. We are particularly keen to support ambitious SMEs that are looking to strengthen their operations, improve competitiveness and prepare for future growth.
We would also be delighted to deliver a short presentation to your team, providing an overview of the programme, the benefits for SMEs and the practical support available through SupplyChain+.
Thank you for your continued support of Irish SMEs. I look forward to the opportunity of working with you and your team.
