Queen’s University have fully funded executive development programmes currently being delivered by the Leadership Institute with your cluster members, particularly those operating within the Advanced Manufacturing and Biotechnology sectors.
There are currently three programmes available through the Advanced SME Fund:
Beyond GenAI – helping leaders understand and implement AI strategically within their organisations.
Leadership Unpacked – a practical leadership development programme designed to equip current and aspiring leaders with the skills needed to drive organisational performance and growth.
Biotechnology Leadership Unpacked – tailored specifically for leaders working within the biotechnology sector, addressing the unique challenges and opportunities facing the industry.
These programmes are fully funded, representing a significant opportunity for businesses to invest in their leadership capability at no cost. We are particularly keen to encourage applications from organisations across the Manufacturing NI network
