Mills Selig has announced the appointment of Partner Glenn Watterson as Head of Corporate, recognising his outstanding contribution to the firm and his role in the continued growth of its Corporate team. 

During his 18 years with Mills Selig, Glenn has established a strong reputation for advising businesses, investors and entrepreneurs on complex and high-value transactions. He has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and investment funds.

As Head of Corporate, Glenn will lead the department through its next phase of development, further strengthening its capabilities, supporting the next generation of talent and continuing to foster the collaborative, client-focused approach that is central to Mills Selig’s success.

The appointment follows a landmark year for Mills Selig’s Corporate team. In 2025, the team advised on more than 100 transactions with a combined deal value of £1.7 billion, marking its fifth consecutive year of growth and further expanding its client base across Northern Ireland, the UK and beyond.
