MEGA is currently undertaking a survey of manufacturing employers to understand how effectively Northern Ireland’s current skills and apprenticeship system is meeting the needs of industry.
The findings will be used to inform discussions with the Department for the Economy, Invest NI, the Economy Committee and other stakeholders on future skills policy, apprenticeship provision and workforce development.
Given the importance of the topic, we are keen to gather feedback from as broad a cross-section of manufacturing employers as possible.
The survey takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete and all responses will be treated in confidence and reported in aggregate form.
