Following a competitive procurement exercise, it was confirmed on 17 December 2025 that Netcompany has been chosen by HMRC to deliver the next phase of the Trader Support Service (TSS). Our goal is to make the new TSS as efficient and user-friendly as possible. They have sent the following message to Manufacturing NI members
To get this right TSS are looking to hear from traders and companies who use the TSS.
