We’re sharing this on behalf of the Labour Relations Agency (LRA), who have released a new webinar to support employers whose staff may have been affected by the recent racist violence in Northern Ireland.
The session offers practical guidance on how to:

Support employees who have experienced racism;

Address incidents effectively and sensitively; and

Build a more inclusive and respectful workplace culture.
