InterTradeIreland has launched the Technical Trade Forum.

The Forum is a collaborative platform developed to tackle pressing cross-border trade challenges. The Forum brings businesses together with policymakers to create practical, actionable solutions that will directly inform government policy and help streamline trade processes across the island of Ireland. Businesses will not only be able to raise technical and regulatory challenges, but help to design the solutions.

We’re particularly interested in insights from businesses in the following sectors:

  • Food & Plant: Share your experiences managing supply chains and regulatory changes affecting cross-border trade.
  • Retail & Distribution: Contribute your perspective on how trade dynamics are impacting logistics, distribution networks, and customer delivery.
  • Construction, Engineering & Manufacturing: Help identify practical solutions to address sector-specific barriers such as compliance, certification, and procurement.

Why Participate?

  •  Influence practical policy recommendations and regulations by working with government to solve real-world challenges.
  • Collaborate directly with industry peers and stakeholders to articulate the issues affecting your sector.
  • Contribute to evidence-led discussions that shape government actions in both jurisdictions.

If your business has faced recent trade challenges or has valuable expertise to offer, we want to hear from you.
