Founded in 1956 by Thomas Hutchinson, Tayto is a family-owned business dedicated to producing great-tasting crisps and snacks using the finest potatoes and locally sourced ingredients. With a mission to create moments of joy, Tayto is renowned for its #taytohappy experience.

Operating from the historic 500-year-old ‘Tayto Castle’ in Tandragee, Co. Armagh, the company has maintained its closely guarded recipes since its inception. Among its distinct flavours, the world-famous Cheese & Onion remains a classic, crafted to the original recipe in a secret room within the Castle grounds.
