Leadon Timberframe

Leadon Timberframe Ltd is a family-owned timber frame manufacturer based in Cookstown, County Tyrone. Founded in 2004, the company grew out of Leadon Joinery, whose founder began as a joiner sub-contracting the erection of timber frame kits before moving into manufacturing in its own right. Now in its third decade, Leadon Timberframe designs, manufactures and erects timber frame structures across Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland.

The company’s product range spans timber frame structures for single domestic dwellings through to three-storey townhouses and apartment blocks, alongside sectional buildings for uses such as classrooms and office accommodation, airtight system packages for improved energy efficiency, wood web joists and SIP (structural insulated panel) systems. All products are manufactured at a purpose-built, fully automated factory in Cookstown, with ongoing investment in new technology and personnel supporting quality and thermally efficient, ecologically sustainable construction methods.

Leadon Timberframe is a member of the Structural Timber Association, reflecting its commitment to modern methods of construction.
