Founded in 1963 by Bobby Ditty in Castledawson, Northern Ireland, the bakery has a rich history. Twenty years later, Robert Ditty, Bobby’s son and the current managing director, took over the business, overseeing its expansion into new markets and product ranges.

Despite its growth, the bakery remains committed to traditional methods, producing handcrafted baked goods using the finest locally sourced ingredients. However, traditional does not mean old-fashioned; they are innovative bakers, continually experimenting with new flavors, combinations, and fresh ways to bring exciting and, above all, delicious ideas to their customers.
