Join Manufacturing NI for an insightful webinar with the team from the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Centre (AMIC).
AMIC is investing £100m of Belfast Region City Deal funding in new facilities and capability, with a mission to drive growth and the competitiveness in the NI manufacturing sector. In this webinar AMIC’s Business Development Manager, Conor Quinn, will describe how NI manufacturing businesses can leverage this capability to address productivity and sustainability challenges within their own businesses.
We will explore the capability areas that supports AMIC’s collaborative industry projects:
We will discuss the sustainability challenges from processes and products and the services that AMIC offers in carbon baselining and adopting design methodologies for sustainability and circularity.
We will describe how companies embed innovation in their business strategy and how they can leverage public funding for innovation and transformation to access AMIC’s capabilities and develop collaborative innovation projects.
AMIC also has a role in contributing the manufacturing skills agenda and is actively engaged with HE / FE delivery partners in shaping future skills development programmes.
