In today’s world, manufacturing is becoming increasingly digitised, and data plays a critical role in optimising processes and increasing efficiency.
Manufacturing NI has partnered with the Smart Manufacturing Data Hub to support small and medium-sized companies to become more competitive by harnessing the power of data from their factory. The program will provide digital tools and expert guidance to companies, allowing them to explore and evaluate their processes, make operational savings, and become more agile.
SMEs across a range of sectors, from food and drink to aerospace technology will benefit from the Hub and a dedicated grant fund will support manufacturers to implement practical Industry 4.0 solutions with expert recommendations from data scientists. Companies who sign up to the Hub can also access smart manufacturing resources, digital training, and data analytics tools.
Manufacturing NI is pleased to support SMDH on the further development of digital factories, leaders, and skills in Northern Ireland. We would encourage SMEs to avail of the program, to help them embrace data innovation, develop new skills, and build resilience in today’s highly competitive manufacturing sector.
