THE DANI AWARDS 2019 LAUNCH
In partnership with Grafton Recruitment, The DANI Awards launched it’s ninth year at Ten Square Hotel Belfast this week.
For the best part of a decade, The DANI Awards have been dedicated to celebrating digital excellence and innovation within Northern Ireland and 2019 is no different.
Partnering with Grafton Recruitment, this year we have expanded our award categories to include even more excellent industries and to recognise how the digital innovation and technology categories are becoming more entwined as they thrive here in Northern Ireland. We are launching twenty categories that include some old favourites.
If you are Northern Irish or are working with an NI company public or private anywhere in the world then the DANI Awards wants you!
Entry for all applicable categories is now open and will close on Friday 22nd February 2019 at 5pm. With the ceremony itself taking place on Friday 15th March 2019 at Whitla Hall, Queens University, Belfast.
Our panel of expert judges includes Dr Rachel Gawley, Kieran Kelly, Seamus Cushley, Prof. Barry O’Sullivan, Anthony Kieran, Austin Tanney, Nigel McAlpine, Sharon McKinley, Rachel Steenson and Charlie Taylor.
Patrick Moore, Director of Specialist Recruitment at Grafton, commented:
“Businesses in all sectors are affected by the fast-pace changes in the digital world, so digital and tech opportunities are no longer limited to the major tech companies or IT start ups.
“The DANI Awards have been at the forefront of identifying this rapid pace of change and recognise, like we do at Grafton Recruitment, how vital the digital sector is to our future economic growth.
“That is why Grafton Recruitment are proud to lend our support to the DANI Awards, which gives well-deserved recognition to the highly skilled teams and businesses who are excelling in the digital, tech and creative industries.”
The DANI Awards are proud to partner with Grafton Recruitment, Abbey Centre, Matrix NI, Dell EMC, Tourism NI, Digital Catapult Northern Ireland, Fujitsu, Ulster Bank and Sparq.
“It makes me so proud to be part of the digital community in Northern Ireland, I love watching how diverse this space has become, ten years ago the digital community was underground, now it’s at the very heart of the Northern Irish Business Community.”
As the longest running and most prestigious digital awards in Northern Ireland, The DANI Awards are delighted to be back for the ninth year running to showcase the wealth of talent that our country has.
