Seminar: Understanding Horizon 2020 (Energy) And How SMEs Can Access Funding
Horizon 2020 is the successor to the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) for research and development, set to run from 2014-2020 with an estimated €70 billion budget. The Northern Ireland Executive continues to seek to increase the level of Research, Development and Innovation (RD&I) carried out in NI, especially by our SME’s. Horizon 2020 has an important role to play in stimulating investment in Northern Ireland and thereby generating economic growth and job creation.
Hosted by Action Renewable, the purpose of this seminar is to better understand what Horizon 2020 is, how SME’s can access funds and for what purposes. We want to encourage collaboration under Horizon 2020 in Northern Ireland.
Experts on Horizon 2020 will deliver a better insight to the program and we will have a discussion and Q & A session together with networking opportunities to explore ideas.
The event takes place on Wednesday 8th January from 9.15am-1pm in Riddel Hall, Stranmillis, Belfast. To book, contact Action Renewable on 028 90727760 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
