Stephen Kelly, CEO of MNI said "we are delighted to have hosted the event again and to have raised so much money in support of the NI Cancer Fund for Children and the Northern Ireland Children's Hospice and toys which are distributed by St Vincent De Paul to families most in need at Christmas. We still have some donations arriving from those not able to attend but we're now have over £12,000 to pass on to the charities to support their essential work".
We would like to thank all the businesses and individuals who helped make the event such as success for great causes. We would also like to thank the hilarious Gene Fitzpatrick and the joint choir from Cookstown & Holy Trinity Primary schools for entertaining our guests; MLA's Mike Nesbitt, Sandra Overend and Ian McCrea for taking time out to attend and Delta Print and Packaging, Willis Insurance and Selective Travel for donating prizes.
