    Transitional Simplified Procedures - auto enrolment of qualifying VAT registered businesses
    HMRC has announced simplified import procedures called Transitional Simplified Procedures (TSP) that will come into effect when the UK leaves the EU on 31 October.     Northern Ireland SMEs continue to innovate through R&D tax credits but large companies the big winners
